MCLE in Nevada is regulated by the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education. Inquiries regarding an attorney’s CLE transcript or about having a program approved for CLE in Nevada should be directed to the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education. Nevada attorneys can access details about their reported credits through the MCLE Board’s online portal at nvcleboard.org.

13 hours per year, the attorney shall complete:
Ten (10) hours of general continuing legal education
Two (2) hours of ethics and professional conduct
One (1) hour in the area of substance abuse, addictive disorders and/or mental health
excess ethics hours can be applied toward general CLE credit requirements; however excess general hours cannot be applied toward the 2-hour ethics
requirement. Additionally, up to 2 excess credits in abuse, addiction, and/or mental health may be carried forward and applied to the requirement for the next two calendar year. Excess credits in substance abuse, addictive disorders and/or mental health cannot be applied to the ethics requirement.
