MCLE in Nevada is regulated by the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education. Inquiries regarding an attorney’s CLE transcript or about having a program approved for CLE in Nevada should be directed to the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education. Nevada attorneys can access details about their reported credits through the MCLE Board’s online portal at nvcleboard.org.

12 hours per year: in the year in which the attorney is subject to the requirement in the area of substance abuse, addictive disorders and/or mental health issues that impair professional competence, the attorney shall complete:
Nine (9) hours of general continuing legal education
Two (2) hours of ethics and professional conduct
One (1) hour in the area of substance abuse, addictive disorders and/or mental health
In the remaining two years of the three-year cycle, the attorney shall complete 10 hours of general CLE and 2 hours of ethics each year. The annual reporting date is December 31st.
excess ethics hours can be applied toward general CLE credit requirements,
however excess general hours cannot be applied toward the 2 hour ethics
requirement. Additionally, excess credits in abuse, addictive disorders and/or
mental health may not be carried forward to the next reporting cycle; however,
they may be credited to the attorney's ethics and professional conduct
requirement or to general education requirements
